Words capitalized in this Sweepstakes Policy have the specific meanings given to them in the Definitions section at the end of this Sweepstakes Policy. Any capitalized terms not defined in this Sweepstakes Policy, have the specific meanings given to those terms in our Terms of Service

Crown Coins Casino is an online platform that provides you with the opportunity to enjoy entertaining games. We give away Sweepstakes entries known as Sweepstakes Coins, as set out in this Sweepstakes Policy. Sweepstakes Coins can be used to participate in the Games, offering you the opportunity to win more Sweepstakes Coins, which can then be redeemed for real prizes, including cash. Please note that there is a minimum Prize redemption threshold of 50 Sweepstakes Coins and amounts  below this threshold are not eligible for Prize redemption. 

PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY REAL MONEY PAYMENT OF ANY KIND. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, YOU ALSO DO NOT HAVE TO MAKE ANY PURCHASES ON THE PLATFORM TO USE AND ACCESS THE PLATFORM, OR TO PLAY THE GAMES.

Subject to your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by this Sweepstakes Policy, it forms part of the Customer Agreement between you and us with respect to your access and use of the Platform, Games and Content. 

Subject to your acceptance of this Sweepstakes Policy, the Customer Agreement between you and us will be comprised of:

  1.     the Terms of Service, including our Privacy Policy and the Responsible Social Play Policy that are incorporated therein by reference;
  2.     this Sweepstakes Policy; and
  3.     any other specific terms that may apply to your access and use of the Platform, for instance terms applying to a specific promotion we run (“Special Terms”).

PLEASE NOTE THAT UNDER CLAUSE 13 OF OUR TERMS OF SERVICE, YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ANY CLASS, GROUP OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIM AGAINST US AND YOU MUST PURSUE ANY PAST, CURRENT, AND/OR FUTURE CLAIMS BETWEEN YOU AND US VIA INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, UNLESS YOU OPT OUT OF THIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH CLAUSE 13 OF OUR TERMS OF SERVICE.

Please note that prizes won via the Sweepstakes can be redeemed as either gift cards or cash by clicking the “REDEEM” button on the Platform. If you select to redeem your Prize as a gift card, the gift card will be issued to the email address then registered on your User Account, and if you select to redeem your Prize as cash, the cash will be paid to your Payment Method. If it is not technically possible to issue the gift card to the email address then registered on your User Account, or to pay the cash to your Payment Method, you may nominate another email address or financial account for that purpose, provided that the nominated email address or financial account is owned by you.

  1.        The sponsor and promotor of the Sweepstakes
  1.           Sunflower Limited of 1201 Wilson Blvd, Suite 27-104 DD20, Arlington VA 22209 sponsors and promotes the Sweepstakes.
  2.           All our decisions in respect of the organization, administration and operation of the Sweepstakes, any Games and Sweepstakes Coins are final and binding.
  3.           The sweepstakes accessible via the crowncoinscasino.com app is solely sponsored and administered by Sunflower, Inc. Apple, Google, Meta, nor any other organizations are affiliated with, or responsible for conducting, the sweepstakes.
  1.        Participating in the Sweepstakes

Your Eligibility

  1.           To be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes, you must:
  1.                 be at least 18 years of age;
  2.                 be at least of the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction from which you are participating in the Sweepstakes;
  3.                 not reside in an Excluded Jurisdiction;
  4.                 have an Active User Account on the Platform;
  5.                 have no more than one (1) User Accounts on the Platform; and
  6. not be our personnel, a member of our personnel’s respective immediate family and/or household, or the personnel of our subcontractors, suppliers and service providers.
    1.           You can register here if you do not already have a User Account.

Sweepstakes Policy

  1.           By entering the Sweepstakes on the Platform, you confirm that you:
  1.                 have read, understood and agree to be bound by, this Sweepstakes Policy; and
  2.                 understand and agree that our decision is final and binding in all matters in connection with the Sweepstakes.

Compliance with laws

  1.           The Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations.
  2.           You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation in the Sweepstakes from your location is lawful and does not breach applicable laws or regulations.
  1.        Conditions of participation in the Sweepstakes
  1.           Subject to your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by this Sweepstakes Policy, this Sweepstakes Policy forms part of the Customer Agreement between you and us.
  2.           You accept and agree that we have the right to:
  1.                 modify this Sweepstakes Policy by publishing the updated Sweepstakes Policy on the Platform;
  2.                 cancel, suspend, and/or modify in any way the Sweepstakes;
  3.                 disqualify you from participating in the Sweepstakes if you breach this Sweepstakes Policy; and/or
  4.                 seek damages from you for any loss and damage that we may suffer and incur due to your breach of this Sweepstakes Policy,

at any time, in our sole discretion.

  1.                If we update this Sweepstakes Policy in any way that impacts on your rights or obligations under this Sweepstakes Policy, we will notify you when you next visit the Platform and you will be required to re-confirm your acceptance of this Sweepstakes Policy.
  2.                If, at any time, you do not accept the updated Sweepstakes Policy, then you must immediately cease your participation in the Sweepstakes. Your continued participation in the Sweepstakes Games will constitute your agreement to be bound by any updated Sweepstakes Policy.
  1.        Your User Account
  1.                You are solely responsible for your User Account, including any use or access of, or activity on the Platform in connection with your User Account, including any Prize redemption, regardless of whether such activity using your User Account was undertaken by you.
  2.                You must not sell, trade for value or otherwise transfer your User Account or any Sweepstakes Coin to any third party, including from your User Account to another person’s User Account.
  3.                You must only acquire Sweepstakes Coins and Prizes from us.
  1.        Unused Accounts and closing your User Account
  1.                Any Sweepstakes Coins or unredeemed Prizes held in or connected to a User Account will be forfeited when a User Account becomes an Unused Account, and you agree that we may determine, in our sole discretion, whether to later reinstate any Sweepstakes Coins and/or unredeemed Prizes that have been so forfeited.
  2.                You understand and agree that when you close your User Account, all Sweepstakes Coins and unredeemed Prizes then held in or connected to your User Account are forfeited, and that we may determine, in our sole discretion, whether to reinstate any Sweepstakes Coins and/or unredeemed Prizes if your User account is later reopened.
  1.        Errors and malfunctions
  1.                If we credit Sweepstakes Coins to your User Account by mistake, whether due to technical or human error, such Sweepstakes Coins will remain our property and will be deducted from the balance held in your User Account.
  2.                If we redeem a Prize to you that does not belong to you by mistake, the value of any such mistakenly redeemed Prize shall be a debt owed by you owe to us. This doesn’t affect any other remedies available to us at law to recover the value of any mistakenly redeemed Prize.
  3.                You must promptly notify us via Customer Support if you discover that we have mistakenly credited Sweepstakes Coins to your User Account, or if we have mistakenly redeemed a Prize to you that does not below to you,
  4.                If the Platform or any part of it experiences a system malfunction, all Game play on the Platform becomes void.
  5.                In the event a Game fails to conclude due to a system malfunction, we will use reasonable efforts to reinstate any lost Sweepstakes Coins to your User Account.
  6.                If, for any reason, we confirm that your Sweepstakes Coins or winning Game play have been erroneously deleted, lost, corrupted or otherwise destroyed, our sole liability and your sole remedy for such loss will be the replacement of the equivalent amount of Sweepstakes Coins that were erroneously destroyed.
  1. The Games
    1.                You understand and agree that you must hold sufficient Sweepstakes Coins to engage in the Sweepstakes.
    2.                You understand that Sweepstakes Coins are not purchased or purchasable at any time or in any way.
    3.                When you use Sweepstakes Coins for Game play, those Sweepstakes Coins will be instantly drawn from your balance of Sweepstakes Coins that is held in your User Account and the wager made using those Sweepstakes Coins cannot thereafter be changed, withdrawn or cancelled, and we will not return any Sweepstakes Coins drawn from your User Account to play the Games.
  1.        Sweepstakes Coins
  1.                If you hold an Active User Account on the Platform, then you can collect Sweepstakes Coins from us, for free and without charge to you, in any of the following ways:
  1.                 As a bonus for free when you purchase Crown Coins from us: We offer Crown Coins that you can purchase from us for Social Play. We offer specially marked packages of Crown Coins that come with free Sweepstakes Coins as a bonus. The number of free Sweepstakes Coins that you will receive is specified on each package of Crown Coins that we offer for sale. For the avoidance of doubt, Sweepstakes Coins are strictly a free bonus, and you are not in any way purchasing the Sweepstakes Coins from us;
  1.                 When you enter a no-cost promotion that we run: We run promotions on our Facebook® and other social media pages controlled by us on a regular basis, which you can enter for free. The number of free Sweepstakes Coins that you can win will be specified in promotion-specific Special Terms posted with each promotion;
  1.                 As a Daily Bonus, when you log into your User Account: We will gift you free Sweepstakes Coins once (1) in each 24-hour period when you log in to your User Account (“Daily Bonus”). You can collect the Daily Bonus by clicking on the “Claim” button on the pop-up on the Platform that offers the Daily Bonus to you; and
  1.                 By sending us a complying Request by post: You can request that we credit one (1) free Sweepstakes Coin to your User Account by sending us an unfolded and blank standard index card or piece of paper, which must be 4” x 6” (each, a Request), that is placed inside a stamped #10 envelope, which must be addressed in legible handwriting in blue ink to PO Box 5114, Fredericksburg, VA 22403-5514. There is a limit of one (1) Request for each envelope sent. For your Request to be valid, you must include, in legible handwriting in blue ink:
  1.                   on the envelope, the words “Crowncoins Sweepstakes Coins”;
  2.                 on the standard index card or piece of paper, your full name registered on your User Account that matches your government-issued identification document;
  3.               on the standard index card or piece of paper, your email address registered on your User Account;
  4.               on the standard index card or piece of paper, your residential address registered on your User Account;
  5.                 on the standard index card or piece of paper, the time and date of writing; and
  6. on the standard index card or piece of paper, the following written statement: “I am sending this card to obtain Sweepstakes Coins and to participate in the sweepstakes offered by Crown Coins Casino. I acknowledge that by sending this request, I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Crown Coins Casino Terms of Service and Sweepstakes Policy”.
    1.           Sweepstakes Coins are not available for purchase in any way or at any time.
    2.           At any time, your current balance of Sweepstakes Coins is displayed in your Active User Account on the Platform.
    3.           You accept that we are not responsible for any lost, incomplete, illegible, misaddressed or otherwise invalid Requests.
    4.           You agree that we have the right to vary the number of Sweepstakes Coins allocated for each Request at any time and from time to time.
    5.           Sweepstakes Coins are only valid for sixty (60) days from the date that you last logged into your Active User Account, and thereafter they automatically expire and will be removed from your Sweepstakes Coins balance shown in your Active User Account. You accept that when Sweepstakes Coins expire and/or are removed from your User Account, they are not thereafter recoverable or redeemable.
    6.           You agree that if we close, suspend and/or otherwise restrict your User Account, then we may withhold any Sweepstakes Coins then held in your User Account in accordance with this Sweepstakes Policy.
  1.        The Sweepstakes
  1.           We offer Games on the Platform that can be played using Sweepstakes Coins for the chance to win additional Sweepstakes Coins.
  2.           Each Game offered on the Platform has its own rules, which can be accessed via the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you have read, understand and comply with the rules of each Game.
  3.           Sweepstakes Coins won playing the Games can be redeemed for real Prizes, subject to the threshold set out in clause 12 of this Sweepstakes Policy.
  4.           Each Sweepstakes Coin that has been won playing the Games can be redeemed for a prize equivalent to the value of US$1.00. For the avoidance of any doubt, only Sweepstakes Coins that have been played and won on the Games may be redeemed for Prizes (i.e. 1 play-through requirement).
  5.           We reserve the right to, at any time, require that you play through the Sweepstakes Coins on the Games more than once (1), but not more than ten (10) times, before they are eligible to be redeemed for Prizes.
  1.    Prize winners
  1.       You do not win a Prize, until and unless:
  1.                 we verify that you have complied with this Sweepstakes Policy;
  2.                 you complete any verification checks that we determine necessary, and we confirm in writing that such verification checks are complete; and
  3.                 the Prize has been redeemed to you,

even if the Platform indicates that you have won a Prize.

  1.       As part of our verification checks, you may be required to execute a sworn declaration confirming your eligibility to redeem a Prize under this Sweepstakes Policy.
  2.       You acknowledge and accept that if you do not complete our verification requirements within the reasonable time specified in our written request to complete such verification requirements, or you otherwise breach this Sweepstakes Policy, any Prize then shown in your User Account, will be forfeited.
  3.       Sweepstakes Coins are not transferrable and you have no rights in or to Sweepstakes Coins that have not been redeemed.
  1.    Prize redemption
  1.       Prizes are not awarded until they have been redeemed.
  2.       A Prize redemption will only be processed if the redeemed value of the Prizes will be at least US$50. This means that you must hold at least fifty (50) redeemable, played through Sweepstakes Coins in your Active User Account before you can request a Prize redemption.
  3.       If you choose to redeem a Prize for a gift card, the gift card will be issued to the email address that is registered on your User Account, or if that is not technically feasible, to an alternative email address that you nominate in writing to us, provided that such nominated email address is your email address and not the email address of a third party.
  4.       If you choose to redeem your Prize for cash, the cash will be paid to your Payment Method, or if that is not technically feasible, to an alternative financial account that you nominate in writing to us, provided the financial account is held in the same name you have registered on your User Account, and is legally and beneficially owned by you and not by a third party.
  5.       You agree that we may require the redemption of any Prize for cash to any Payment Method that was used to purchase Crown Coins, or another financial account nominated by you, at our discretion.
  1.    Redemption Limits
  1.       You must have a minimum of fifty (50) Sweepstakes Coins that have been played through the Games, in order to redeem a Prize.
  2.       In New York and Florida, the maximum redemption value for a Prize is US$5,000 and any redemption request for a Prize in excess of this value will be reduced to a redemption value of US$5,000.
  3.       We reserve the right to limit the value of your Prize redemptions to US$10,000 per calendar day and/or US$100,000 per calendar month, and that we may change this limit at our sole discretion at any time, without notice to you.
  4.       You are solely responsible for:
  1.                 ensuring that your receipt of any Prize redemption is lawful; and
  2.                 any taxes, foreign exchange fees or losses, or any other transaction fee or charge levied to you in respect of your receipt of any Prize redemption.
  1.    Your obligations relating to Prize redemption
  1.       If you choose to redeem a Prize as a gift card, then it is your responsibility to ensure that the email address then registered on your User Account (or another email address then nominated by you in accordance with clause 11 of this Sweepstakes Policy) and any other details required for the redemption that you provide to us, are correct.
  2.       If no valid email address or any other details we require from you are provided to us within sixty (60) days of a request from us, then we are not obliged to allocate the relevant gift card to you and, at our sole discretion, we may deem the relevant Prizes as void. When we deem the relevant Prize to be void, the Prize will no longer be redeemable, whether for a gift card or for cash.
  3.       If you choose to redeem a Prize as cash, then such redemption will be processed in US dollars. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Payment Method (or other financial account nominated by you in accordance with clause 11 of this Sweepstakes Policy) to which your Prize is redeemed, is capable of transacting in US dollars.
  4.       You are responsible for any foreign exchange, transaction or any other fees and charges that you may incur in relation to the redemption of any Prize.
  5.       When you choose to redeem a Prize as cash, then it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your financial institution will accept payment of the cash to the applicable Payment Method (or other financial account nominated by you in accordance with clause 11 of this Sweepstakes Policy) for the purpose of such Prize redemption.
  6.       When you choose to redeem a Prize as cash, we will:
  1.                 pay the cash to your Payment Method (or other financial account nominated by you in accordance with clause 11 of this Sweepstakes Policy) for the purpose of such Prize redemption, provided that the Payment Method or other financial account is held in the same name you have registered on your User Account;
  2.                 subject to clause 13.6(c) of this Sweepstakes Policy, pay the cash to a jointly held Payment Method (or other financial account nominated by you in accordance with clause 11 of this Sweepstakes Policy) for the purpose of such Prize redemption, provided that at least one (1) of the names that the Payment Method (or other financial account nominated by you in accordance with clause 11 of this Sweepstakes Policy) is held in is the same name you have registered on your User Account;
  3.                 not pay the cash to any Payment Method (or other financial account nominated by you in accordance with clause 11 of this Sweepstakes Policy) for the purpose of such Prize redemption, where:
  1.                   the Payment Method (or other financial account nominated by you in accordance with clause 11 of this Sweepstakes Policy) is jointly held with a person under the age of 18;
  2.                  the Payment Method (or other financial account nominated by you in accordance with clause 11 of this Sweepstakes Policy) is a custodial account; or
  3. the Payment method (or other financial account nominated by you in accordance with clause 11 of this Sweepstakes Policy) is trust account i.e. a financial account that is held on trust for the benefit of any third party.
    1.       You are solely responsible for ensuring that the details of any Payment Method or other financial account that you enter into your User Account on the Platform, for the purpose of a Prize redemption or otherwise, are accurate and correct. We cannot update or add additional Payment Methods or other financial account details to your User Account on your behalf.
    2.       If you input the incorrect details for your Payment Method or other financial account for the purpose of a Prize redemption or otherwise into your User Account, and we process your Prize redemption using those details, the redemption of your Prize is considered complete and we are not required to reverse or reissue that Prize redemption, whether for cash or otherwise.
    3.       If your financial institution will not or does not accept the redemption of a Prize for cash to the applicable Payment Method (or other financial account nominated by you in accordance with clause 11 of this Sweepstakes Policy) for the purpose of such Prize redemption, then:
  1.                 we may ask you to nominate an alternative financial account for the purpose of processing such redemption;
  2.                 the processing of such Prize redemption will be delayed; and
  3.                 if, by sixty (60) days’ after our request made in accordance with clause 13.9(a), you are unable, or refuse, or otherwise fail to nominate an alternative financial account for the purpose of redemption of a Prize in accordance with the requirements of this Sweepstakes Policy, then the Prize the subject of the relevant redemption request will be deemed void and we are no longer required to redeem that Prize to you, whether for cash or otherwise.
  1.    Requesting a Prize redemption
  1.            We will aim to process your requests for Prize redemption as quickly as possible.
  2.            You may make a redemption request in respect of Prizes of any value, however we reserve the right to deny any request for the redemption of a Prize that falls outside the limits set out at clauses 12.1-12.3 of this Sweepstakes Policy.
  3.            We will only process one (1) Prize redemption request per User Account in each 24-hour period.
  4.            When you choose to redeem a Prize as cash, you understand and agree that:
  1.                 it may take up to ten (10) Business Days for the cash payment to be processed to your Payment Method (or other financial account nominated by you in accordance with clause 11 of this Sweepstakes Policy); and
  2. we may, at our sole discretion, process the Prize redemption to you in more than one (1) lump sum payment over a number of days until the Prize redemption is completed.
    1.            Further to clause 14.4(a), redemptions of Prizes for cash may be further delayed because:
  1.                 our verification checks have not yet been completed;
  2.                 redemptions of Prizes to certain Payment Methods (or other financial account nominated by you in accordance with clause 11 of this Sweepstakes Policy) may require additional verification checks; and/or
  3. redemptions of Prizes with a value in excess of US$5,000 may require a longer processing time due to fraud checks.
    1.            All Prize redemptions are denominated in US dollars.  
  1.    Identification and Verification
  1.                       You understand and agree that we are entitled to undertake any identification, credit and other verification checks that we deem necessary. These checks may be required under applicable law, to prevent the occurrence of financial crime or as we otherwise deem necessary, at any time, in our sole discretion.
  2.                       Where the value of a single Prize redemption or multiple Prize redemptions together, exceed US$2,000, we may also undertake additional verification checks, which may include:
  1.                 requesting further information about you, your Payment Method, another financial account nominated by you and your source of funds used in connection with your User Account; and/or
  2. requesting further documentation from you such as government-issued identification, proof of address and/or proof of source of funds.
    1.                       You understand and agree that we have the right to:
  1.                 suspend, close or otherwise place restrictions on your User Account, and/or hold any Prize redemption requests as pending, while all required verification checks are being completed and until such verification checks are completed to our satisfaction; and
  2.                 cease undertaking any further verification checks in relation to your User Account, and suspend, close or otherwise restrict your User Account, if you do not provide us with the requested information or documents required to complete any verification checks within thirty (30) days of such request.
  1. Suspected prohibited activity
    1.            We reserve the right to immediately suspend, close or otherwise restrict your User Account if we suspect that you are or have been involved in, or in any way have attempted to, engage in any fraudulent, unlawful, or improper activity, in connection with the Platform or the Games, in which case:
  1.                 we have no obligation to and will not process any redemption of Sweepstakes Coins or Prizes in respect of your User Account; and
  2. we may share information about you and any suspected unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited transactions or conduct, with any relevant regulator and/or law enforcement authority;
    1.            You must provide all cooperation in relation to any investigation into any suspected unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited activity.
  1.    User Account closure and suspension
  1.            Without limiting any other provision of this Sweepstakes Policy or the Customer Agreement between you and us, you understand and agree that we have the right to suspend, close and/or otherwise restrict your User Account at any time and at our sole discretion, if we believe on reasonable grounds, that:
  1.                 you have breached, or you assisted another person to breach this Sweepstakes Policy;
  2. the name registered on your User Account does not match the name that your Payment Method. or other nominated financial account that you use, or attempt to use, to redeem a Prize, is held in;
    1.            You understand and agree that without limiting any of our other rights, whether under this Sweepstakes Policy, the Customer Agreement or otherwise, if we close, suspend and/or otherwise restrict your User Account in accordance with this clause 16 of this Sweepstakes Policy and/or clause 11 of our Terms of Service:
  1.                 you will be liable for, and must indemnify us in respect of, any loss, costs and damage that we may suffer and/or incur in relation to your conduct that gave rise to such closure and/or suspension of your User Account in accordance with this clause 16 and/or clause 11 of our Terms of Service;
  2.                 we may withhold any Sweepstakes Coins held in your User Account at the time your User Account is so suspended, closed and/or otherwise restricted. 
  1.    Indemnity and Liability
  1.            YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE THAT YOU MUST INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS US, OUR SUPPLIERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OUR AFFILIATES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS AND AGENTS (THE “INDEMNIFIED PARTIES”) FROM AND AGAINST ALL DAMAGE AND LOSS OF ANY KIND SUFFERED OR INCURRED BY THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH:
  1.                 YOUR RECEIPT OF SWEEPSTAKES COINS (AS DEFINED BELOW); AND
  2. YOUR RECEIPT OR ACCEPTANCE OF ANY PRIZE (AS DEFINED BELOW).
    1.            YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE INDEMNITY PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN THIS CLAUSE 18 ARE REASONABLE AND NECESSARY TO PREOTECT OUR, OUR SUPPLIERS, OUR SERVICE PROVIDERS’, OUR AFFILIATES’ AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS’, OFFICERS’, EMPLOYEES’, SUPPLIERS’ AND AGENTS’ LEGITIMATE INTERESTS, AND THAT YOU HAVE CONSIDERED THEM AND TAKEN THEM INTO ACCOUNT WHEN YOU ACCEPTED, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY, THIS SWEEPSTAKES POLICY.
    2.            THIS CLAUSE 18 WILL SURVIVE THE EXPIRY OR TERMINATION OF THE CUSTOMER AGREEMENT.
  1.    Marketing Consent and Release
  1.       To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, you irrevocably acknowledge and agree that:
  1.                 we and our affiliates may use your name, likeness, image, gender, opinions, responses and your city/town and state of residence (together, the “Materials”) for the purpose of marketing and promoting the Platform and/or any Game in any form and in any way (the “Purpose”); and
  2. you hereby release us, our affiliates and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, suppliers, service providers and agents from all claims and liabilities that could arise from or in connection with the Materials and any use of the Materials for the Purpose, including any claim for or in connection with compensation, reimbursement or Moral Rights.
    1.       This clause 19 will survive the expiry or termination of the Customer Agreement.
  1.    Disputes
  1.       We refer you to clause 13 (Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement) of our Terms of Service, which is incorporated herein by reference with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein.
  2.       By agreeing to this Sweepstakes Policy, you agree to be bound by the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions contained in clause 13 of our Terms of Service.
  1.    Definitions and interpretation
  1.            In this Sweepstakes Policy, the following words have the following meaning, unless the context indicates otherwise:

Active User Account means a User Account that is not then closed, suspended or otherwise restricted, and which is not an Unused Account.

Daily Bonus has the meaning given in clause 8.1(c) of this Sweepstakes Policy.

Materials has the meaning give in clause 19.1(a) of this Sweepstakes Policy.

Prize means, as selected by you when you submit the redemption request via your Active User Account on the Platform, cash or gift card/s, For the avoidance of doubt, each Sweepstakes Coin has a redemption value of US$1.00. 

Purpose has the meaning give in clause 19.1(a) of this Sweepstakes Policy.

Request has the meaning give in clause 8.1(d) of this Sweepstakes Policy.

Sweepstakes Coin means a virtual credit that enables you to play the Sweepstakes and can be redeemed for a Prize, subject to this Sweepstakes Policy. You cannot purchase Sweepstakes Coins.  

Sweepstakes means participation in our sweepstakes promotions by using Sweepstakes Coins to play the Games on the Platform.
