Cinco Craze Raffle! Terms & Conditions

  1. General
    1.        This Cinco Craze Raffle on Crown Coins Casino (the Cinco Craze Raffle) is owned and operated by Sunflower Limited (Operator).
    2.        These terms and conditions apply to participation in the Cinco Craze Raffle Promotion by Participants (Cinco Craze Raffle T&Cs).
    3.        Participation in the Cinco Craze Raffle Promotion is also subject to our Customer Agreement, comprised of our Terms of Service, the Sweepstakes Policy, Responsible Social Play Policy and Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined in these Cinco Craze Raffle T&Cs have the meaning given in the Customer Agreement.
    4.        To the extent of any consistency between these Cinco Craze Raffle T&Cs and our Customer Agreement, these Cinco Craze Raffle T&Cs shall prevail.
    5.        This Cinco Craze Raffle  Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
  1. Eligibility and entry into the Cinco Craze Raffle Promotion
    1. Participation in the Cinco Craze Raffle Promotion is only open to individuals that:
      1.      hold a current User Account on Crown Coins Casino, which is not suspended, closed, or an Unused Account; and
      2.      have been notified by the Operator via email,or other means about this Cinco Craze Raffle Promotion,

(each, a Participant).

  1.        Eligible Participants will be automatically entered into the Cinco Craze Raffle Promotion.
  1. How the Cinco Craze Raffle Promotion works
    1.        This Cinco Craze Raffle Promotion commences at 6 AM EST on May 1st 2025, and runs until 6 AM EST on May 6th, 2025 (the Promotion Period).  
    2. During the Promotion Period Participants must:
      1.      Login to an Active Account in their own name at least (1) time per day during each of the Three (3) days of the Promotion Period.
      2.      Actively play/use five (5) separate individual games/game themes during each of the (5) days of the Promotion Period.
      3.       Accumulate five hundred fifty five (555) individual game rounds during Promotion Period.
      4.      Engage in and complete one (1) daily mission per day, totaling five (5) missions during the Promotion Period.
      5.      Invite/refer five (5) friends during the Promotion Period.
  1. Prize Winners
    1. Following the conclusion of the Promotion Period, 1,001 winners will be drawn to receive;
      1.    One thousand (1,000) winners will receive fifty five (55) free spins per user.
      2.    One (1) winner shall receive cruise fare for two (2) travelers.

●        Cruise fare, itinerary, and other related travel items are subject to the cruise providers term.

●        Cruise fare is non transferable.
 

  1. Promptly following the conclusion of the Promotion Period, the Prize Winner will be notified via a notification on the Platform and via email, and is provided with a link to a website that enables the Prize Winner to:
    1.      acknowledge and accept (1) Prize; and
    2.      enter the address details as required for the Prize to be delivered to the Prize Winner.
       
  2.        Prize Winners shall be granted one (1) pair of cruise fares as detailed below.
  3.    Grand Prizes available to all groups: One vacation to a destination of the winner’s choice based on our available options (valued at $5,000)
  1.        Provided the Prize Winner has fully complied with section 4.2 of these Cinco Craze Raffle T&Cs within 30 days of being notified they are a Prize Winner, the Prize will promptly be delivered to the Prize Winner. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event a Prize Winner fails to comply with the requirements of section 4.2 of these Cinco Craze Raffle T&Cs within 30 days of being notified they are a Prize Winner, the Prize is then cancelled and forfeited, and is thereafter no longer capable of being redeemed by the Prize Winner.     
     
  2.        At any time and in its sole discretion, the Operator reserves the right to grant to a Prize Winner Gold Coins and/or Sweepstakes Coins of any amount it considers appropriate, in lieu of a Prize, in which case they will be automatically credited to the Prize Winner’s balance held in their User Account on the Platform.
     
  3.        All Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other compensation.
     
  4.        All Prizes are only available for redemption by Prize Winners while stocks last. If a given Prize is out of stock, then other Prizes of equivalent value will be made available for selection.
  1. Other Conditions
    1.        If, during the Promotion Period, a Participant’s User Account on Crown Coins Casino is suspended, closed, restricted or becomes an Unused Account, then such Participant is automatically disqualified from further participation in the Cinco Craze Raffle Promotion, and for the avoidance of doubt, in such circumstances any Prize Winner will no longer be entitled to redeem a Prize.
       
    2.        If the Operator credits any Crowns to a User Account by mistake, whether due to technical or human error, the Operator has the right to correct such error at any time. 
       
    3.        The Operator reserves the right to modify the Cinco Craze Raffle Promotion and these Cinco Craze Raffle T&Cs at any time.
